Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years in the field of Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and groups of managers to reach objectives for business, particularly in the midst of dramatic change and growth. As an advisor, she was involved to help translate the human resources and business plans into goals, strategic plans as well as enterprise-wide goals through performance and organizational management including employee participation and transformation. She is a lover of learning and regards the development of leaders as well as teams as the most competitive advantages. Her extensive experience in medium and small-sized businesses as well as Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders that have demonstrated results and successful outcomes helped cultivate corporate cultures that embrace learning innovation and change to positively impact individuals teams as well as organizations.
